ACADEMIC EXCHANGE PROGRAMMES OFFICE
The primary purpose of the Office is to manage
and maintain academic exchange programmes on
behalf of the CUT to foster the development of
innovative research and products.
Key areas of activity are:

Student and staff exchanges
The Office works closely with students, academic and
support staff at the CUT to co-ordinate and
streamlines the exchange of students and staff to
and from international partner institutions.
Orientation is done through induction programmes,
accommodation is allocated and regular contact to
handle queries to ensure exchange students become a
productive part of the student body, are
ensured.

Support services to international
students
The welfare of international students is one of
our priorities. The specific needs of our
international students are addressed through
orientation programmes, liaison with other
support units and faculties on behalf of the
students, liaison with Embassies and
Consulates, liaison with Health Care
Consultants and assistance with visas and study
permits.
