CLOSING DATES AND APPLICATION FEES

1. A non-refundable application fee of R65.00 (from January 2006) must accompany all applications. Please note that the application fees are increased on a yearly basis.

2. Prospective students must enrol for a subject (semester/year) before the commencement of such subject. No late applications will be accepted after the closing date stipulated in 4 and 5.

3. Applications for enrolment (excluded experiential training) received after 31 December will be subject to the payment of a late application fee, as stated below in paragraph 4 and 5, which will not be refundable.

4. Applicants for the first semester of the next year (with the exception of Master's and Doctorate candidates) whose application fee is paid into the banking account of the CUT after 31 December are subject to a payment of an application fee of R150.00. The closing date for applications is 31 January.

5. Applicants for the second semester of the same year (with the exception of Master's and Doctorate candidates) whose application fee is paid into the banking account of the CUT after 9 June are subject to a payment of an application fee of R150.00. The closing date for applications is 13 July.

6. The dates and amounts mentioned in paragraph 4 & 5 of these Regulations are amended periodically by the Financial Decision-making Structures of the CUT in order to ensure agreement with Management decisions and policy.
