GENERAL ADMINISTRATION                      

General Administration consists of the following divisions and is responsible for the following main tasks:

1.         Secretariat

The Secretariat is responsible for all the arrangements of meetings, documentation, resolution registers and communication directives with regard to the following institutional committees:

-           CUT Council

-           Standing Committees of the CUT Council

-           Institutional Forum (IF)

-           Management Committee (MANCOM)

-           Senate

-           Executive Committee of the Senate

-           Institutional Equity Committee (IEC)

2.         Language Services

The Division: Language Services renders translation, editing and interpretation services to the CUT.

3.         Institutional Regulatory Code

IRC Administration involves the important task of co-ordinating the development, insurance, revision and maintenance of all regulatory measures including rules, policies, procedures, constitutions and delegations of the CUT.

4.         Publishing of Information

The Division: General Administration acts as administrative office in support of the Registrar for the processing of request for publication of information.

5.         Year Programme

General Administration is responsible for the coordination and publication of the Central University of Technology Year Programme.
