Dear Alums
It is with great excitement that we are re-launching the
alumni career portal, www.alumnicareers.co.za
after the recession drove down recruitment levels significantly and forced
companies to recruit in more creative ways.
Many of you registered through our alumni site and have created a wealth
of talent that every company in SA wants access to.
Our new alumni portal will allow you to respond directly to
companies’ job ads via our site. In the
past, suitable candidates who applied for jobs were interviewed and shortlisted
and presented to clients. However, we
have had an overwhelming demand from both companies and alumni to act as more
of a conduit for talent to apply directly to clients, and hence have changed
our model.
